ManBelowAverage is a slang you may not have noticed in the mainstream media.It is, basically, a part of the campus lingo.Often used for management graduates,the word signifies the scoffing view possessed by our elite class.Lawyers,Doctors,Engineers, academicians.....where do a marketing guy belongs to ???Certainly a manager is not in the elite club of people as stated above nor does he is comfortable in the privileged group of artist,poets and writers.He is not a gifted personality , in fact , many a times way below the intellectual level of a fifth grader!!Managers are people who do not know basics of various things....They supposedly and unknowingly use jargon and are supposed to know all the unknown thing!THEY are supposed to be a quick learner and good in adapting in any condition.....and most important fact....they are expected to deliver the desired result.The life of an MBA student is like this only;especially in India and more if they are not from those Indian Ivy league(no!it is not something related to Indian premier league!).So in next couple of blogs....I will try to depict the dilemma of an average Indian management student ..... sorry I should say...the dilemma of a Man Below Average.
